By downloading or using CRS Pulse ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The app is an unofficial estimation tool

CRS Pulse is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or the Government of Canada. All calculators (CRS, FSW 67-point, BC PNP SIRS, SINP EOI), draw predictions, odds, forecasts, and analytics are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not legal or immigration advice and carry no guarantee of accuracy or of any immigration outcome. Always verify your eligibility and scores with the official IRCC tools and a licensed immigration professional before making any decision.

2. No accounts; your data

The app does not require an account. Your profile and calculator inputs are stored on your device. Our limited data practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. Free to use, ad-supported

CRS Pulse is free — the calculators, live draws, analytics, timeline, and push alerts are all available at no charge. The app shows small banner ads (Google AdMob). There are no in-app purchases, no trials, and no subscriptions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to interfere with our push-notification service.

5. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any immigration decision, cost, or loss arising from reliance on the app's estimates.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
