What a Provincial Nominee Program round means
Provincial Nominee Program rounds invite candidates who already hold a provincial or territorial nomination. Their scores include the 600 nomination points, so these cutoffs look high; without the nomination they are usually low. See Express Entry draw types for how the round types differ.
